TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ORDERS:
~If you're 100% sure buyer please fill out our ORDER FORM.
~ All items posted has price and description. Please read carefully.
~ Pls note that during sale I cannot guarantee the availability of each item for they are LIMITED STOCKS only
~ In case of NO STOCK and you already paid for your order, I will inform you so you can replace with other items or I will send a refund.
~ NO CANCELLATION of orders once the form is submitted. You can only cancel if (no stock/wrong item order) and cancellation should be processed within 3 hours upon submitting order form. In case you want to cancel a processed order you have to pay the P300 return delivery fee.
~ You can keep sending order forms before the cut-off date.
~ We will only accomodate orders from the order form to ensure you have read the agreement.
PAYMENT:

We have 2 kinds of payment options: Full and Installment Payment

FULL PAYMENT - 100% payable after you received your invoice
(100% item price + International and Domestic Shipping Fee)

INSTALLMENT (A)PAYMENT -
50% - payable after you received your invoice
50% - payable on payday or batch cut off

INSTALLMENT (B) PAYMENT -
35% - payable after receiving your invoice
40% - payable on batch cut-off
25% - payable ETA of Item/s


Once you placed/submitted your order form make sure you can settle the required payment after you receive your invoice withinin 12 hours regardless if you choose FULL/INSTALLMENT PAYMENT otherwise you will be BLOCKED and listed as BOGUS BUYER.

SHIPPING FEES (*local shipping fee applies to buyers outside ILOILO):
1.FULL PAYMENT - P25 Int'l Flat Rate + local shipping fee
2.INSTALLMENT A - P50 Int'l Flat Rate + local shipping fee
3. INSTALLMENT B - P75 Int'l Flat Rate + local shipping

**Local shipping fee is subject for adjustment if under/over charge. In the event of under/over charge seller will collect/refund it to the customer after orders has been shipped.Receipt is included for customer's reference.
DISCOUNT:

LOYAL CUSTOMER DISCOUNT: upon your 3rd order (and future orders) amounting to atleast 1,000.00, you are entitled to a 3% discount.

RESELLERS DISCOUNT: purchase a minimum of P10,000.00 and you can avail 5% discount for 3-5pcs.

SHIPPING ORIGIN - SOUTH KOREA:

Cosmetics
Make-up (I.e. Mascara, liquid foundation)
Cream
Lotion
Deodorant (unless it is in a pressurized container or canister)
Hair and/or shower gel, shampoo
Cologne (must be water-based and not in a pressurized container or canister)
Packaging Guidelines:
The aforementioned items should be properly sealed. Liquids sealed with just a friction-top, or pushdown caps (I.e. Lotion, shampoo) must be reinforced with packing tape.

(If you order LIQUIDS, estimated delivery time is 45-60 days as they are now categorized by Customs as Dangerous Goods which are NOT Allowed to transit by AIR. They go through SEA CARGO. If you order both Non-Liquids and Liquids you can choose the option to ship separately when it arrives or wait for the Liquids to arrive before shipping out to you.)

All items are coming from SOUTH KOREA, and it requires custom clearance which normally takes 5-20 working days before we can transfer your order to local courier.

DAMAGES/MISSING/WRONG ITEMS:

All items are personally packed and carefully checked before sending out to you. If you have complaints like damage, missing or wrong items sent, just inform us immediately or within 24hours with photo attached after you received your orders. Late complaints will not be entertain.
REFUNDS:

Refunds for returns will be processed by the Korean Company. It may take 15-20 days.
