MENDEZ GRAPES and Multi-Farm

Mendez Grapes was started with my late grandfather Luis Decierdo Mendez who was once a Public School Teacher of Sibonga Central Elementary. He cultured grapes and started to propagate the Reisling variety. As demo farm for school children the area was planted with grapes, vegetables, flower among others. The Reisling variety was added with new varieties like Red Cardinal. Black Rebier and many more. He was assisted by his two sons, Rogelio (Ondo) and Mariano (Nene). The culture of grapes was handed down to his one sons, one of which is an agriculturist (Nene). Now grapes farming was handed down to the third generation of the Luis Mendez Clan and his relatives and close friends.
