Mely’s Garden and Restaurant is owned and operated by Mrs. Mely Puey Gonzales and Partners. Tita Mely has a gifted taste buds who started cooking at an early age and eventually made food business a career. She started a catering business to the different big shipping companies in Manila, where she had acquired great experience and a good fortune. She came back to Bacolod, her native City in the ’80’s and decided to retires in the city of smiles, Bacolod. Tita Mely then decided to put up her “small but always full” house-restaurant.
At her present age, she never stops to to innovate Filipino Fusion Recipes, because according to Tita Mely, cooking is her
passion and first love. That keeps her active and strong to face the unending challenge to satisfy the NEGRENSES’ taste!!! “HAPPY EATING”
