Student Haven is a new kind of boarding house in Mati City. It is ideally located 5 minutes walk to DOSCST and just 3 minutes walk to local restaurant and stores. The boarding house is fully fenced and has lighting for your security and peace of mind. Every room has a smoke detector and fan. Each bed has its own curtain and reading light for individual privacy. There are two gazebos for studying and socializing and two common kitchen areas, each with a fire extinguisher .
