Mastah Cavite Chapter

Founded by Mr. Erwin S. Ceniza.

In 2004, it churned out a new breed of flair bartenders.

The Mastah Flair Bartending Club (M.F.C.) was organized to unite individuals both professionals and students in the field of flair bartending, to gather around and mingle with one another while exchanging information, sharing ideas and while at the same time forming a better fellowship among bartenders as brothers belonging to one industry and to promote brotherhood in their field of expertise.


Mastah – (Mas'teh) N. stands for slang word, Master.

It means master; but it doesn't necessarily mean that once you are a member you will be a master.

All of us have chance and ways and we are always guided by our good masters, mentors and instructors in different styles, techniques and standards.

The important thing is that we learn because every standard could change. It is how we can learn from it and
how we can improve for the good and most.
