Mary Johnston Hospital is a Level 3 hospital licensed by the Department of Health and accredited by the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation, the Philippine Hospital Association and the different specialty societies as a tertiary and training institution. It has a recognized residency training program in the 4 clinical departments – Medicine, Surgery, OB-GYN, and Pediatrics.

The hospital has facilities for major operations, OB-GYN, Medical, Surgery and Pediatric cases, X-ray and Ultrasonography, CT Scan, Clinical Laboratory, Intensive Care Units, Hemodialysis Unit, Endoscopy Unit, Holter and Fetal Monitoring, 2D- Echocardiography, Recovery Room, Emergency Room, Out-Patient Department, Social Service, and Ambulance Service.
