Marrero-Acop Clinic and Hospital

With more than four decades of being at the forefront in pediatric healthcare in Antipolo City, the Marrero-Acop Pediatric Clinic was started by Dr. Resurreccion Marrero-Acop in the early 1970's with a simple motto -- To cure sometimes... To heal often... To comfort always.

From the simple one-room and one-doctor clinic that catered to the children of Antipolo, it has evolved into what is now a multi-specialty clinic, that proudly provides services for other medical fields like Obsterics/Gynecology, Dermatology, General Surgery, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Ophthalmology, Otorhinolaryngology/ENT, Dentistry and Psychiatry while expanding its roster in the field of Pediatrics.

The Marrero-Acop Clinic and Hospital has also started having an in-house drugstore facility to help cater to the medication needs of its patients and to minimize additional expenses that may be incurred by additional transportation costs to its patients.

In the year 2006, the old clinic structure was torn down and a new, bigger and better facility was built to help house the ever-growing roster of doctors who have decided to join the Marrrero-Acop family. This same year also saw the emergence of two of the matriarch's chldren, Dr. Reena Claudine M. Acop (Dermatology) and Dr. Philip Conrad M. Acop (Pediatrics), as professional physicians after completing their respective specialty training programs.

In the year 2009, its Pediatric In-Patient Facility, the Marrero-Acop Pediatric Triage and Hydration Clinic, opened its doors to the citizenry of Antipolo City as a 24-hour facility geared towards providing prompt and cost-effective children's healthcare under the guidance of Dr. Philip Conrad M. Acop and his core group of physicians/pediatricians.

ALAGANG ACOP has long been synonymous with child care and it is with the trust of generations upon generations of the families of Antipolo City that the MARRERO-ACOP CLINIC and HOSPITAL, with its growing roster of physicians, will relentlessly continue to strive for excellence and pursue many more ways to improve its services for the benefit of the children and patients entrusted to them.
