Mariam Claire Integrated Academy

The Mariam Claire Integrated Academy was founded by Marites P. Alindogan-Garcia with the belief that service to humanity is the best work of life. She has been described as a "natural born leader" by most supervisors and colleagues. She seeks continuous and never-ending improvement not only for herself but for everyone she meets. She revealed her passion and followed her dreams on these reflective collaborative team efforts in the preparation of the vision and mission statements and the values and beliefs written below.

The Mariam Claire Integrated Academy envisions a culture of "above and beyond", coupled with the maximization and integration of the child's multiple intelligences and potentials, as compassionate, functional, and productive individuals with good moral values, social competence, and joy.

OUR MISSION:
MCIA is committed to develop responsible, well-rounded and socially competent students, who are academicall prepared to meet the education standard; to prepare the students to become productive, compassionate, and self-reliant individuals; to teach students to think, speak, and express themselves both orally and in written form, using the standard grammar construction with clarity, accuracy, and support their opinion with persuasion; to inspire the students to embrace challenges, find appreciation, and discover their self-worth through recognized achievements.

MCIA Educaional Philosophy is focused on the students' learning. We believe that every child can learn. This inspires us - why we do what we do, and combining these two ideals creates the professional and personable learning community of the Mariam Claire Integrated Academy.

ABOUT OUR TEACHERS AND STAFF:
Our teachers and staff are focused on students' learning. We use the core curriculum standards designed by the Department of Education. MCIA provides teachers with supplementary resources using differentiated instruction to meet the needs of students and grade levels of students here and abroad.

We also monitor students' learning using a Student Profile System where we canmonitor the students' mastery of learning.

MCIA students are lucky to have a founder and consultant based in the United States who is actively involved in the improvement of students' learning.

MCIA has direct video access to monitor student-teacher interactions for reflective learning experiences and review.
