A tale of friendship..

Our souls were friends first. We know this sounds a bit outrageous, but it is the only way we can explain the relationship that we have for each other. We truly believe that in between performing small miracles and creating the great scholars of our time, God took about two seconds out of his busy schedule to ensure that our paths will cross and would meet during this crazy time that we call life. Kids, jobs, miles, beliefs, and the years between us aside, we did enter each other's lives. Here is our fantastic story.

Before we go on, I'm pretty sure that you're asking yourself why are we even writing this? There are tons of stories out there about people meeting up, and friendships happen about every ten milliseconds, or so it seems. But what really is true friendship? Are the other Moms you meet at play dates your friends? What about the folks who live next door to you, or the couples, families, and children you see every week? How do we as a society define a friend? We think the answer is different for all of us, yet we all know that no matter who we may call a friend, true friendship is reserved for those select few who impact every aspect of our lives - yesterday, today, and tomorrow.

We were High School batch mates two decades ago, we know each other by faces but never had the chance to hangout to be close. If there is one thing we are grateful about Facebook is for it's abilities to reconnect to old acquaintances and friends. After a chain of unlikely events, We ended up talking to each other here and there. It became a habit after realizing we share the same passion about food, traveling and giving life advices. Fortunately, we were able to communicate again after seeing each others profile via Facebook group page. Who would have thought that three girls from two decades ago are now pursuing their dreams? It started as a joke, that we will all put up a joint business in the future to save money so we can travel the world! It's safe to say that God has finally gave us his blessing to make a move towards to our dream. More than a month ago when we started planning and talking about putting up a small restaurant business for a start, decided what name we will use and all the things in between.

We are happy to introduce to all of you our " Marce Wok On".
