In 2003, Manila Jockey Club, Inc. ushered in a new age of racing in the country by moving into its new home in Carmona, Cavite. The San Lazaro Leisure Park is conveniently located on a sprawling 77-hectare property providently shape like a horse’s head. It consist of: a modern world-class twin oval dirt track course, jockeys quarters, a landscaped saddling paddock, and stables enough to hold 1600 horses. And of course overlooking the tracks, rises the 4-storey Turf building. It houses the race track viewing deck. The Banquets, a multifunction venue that can be configured to suit any special event. The Chantilly Bar & Bistro, where you can enjoy delicious gourmet food best described as fine dining meeting classic bar and grill. Also in the Turf building is the historic PAGCOR Club San Lazaro. The joint venture between the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation and the Manila Jockey Club, Inc. has the distinction of being the first RACINO or Race Track and Casino, in the country and in the Asia Pacific Region.

Today, Manila Jockey Club, Inc. together with San Lazaro Leisure Park is expanding its amenities to the audience whereas adding recreational areas like: PONY Baseball and developing the center area of the track.
