Mandioni Construction and Development Inc. (MCDI) is a new rising competitor in the general construction industry, bringing its expertise in civil, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, and land development works. A Filipino capitalized corporation established and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) this August 2014, it started as the brainchild of two prominent figures in this industry, bringing their long list of experiences from years of hard work to bring a new definition of quality in construction services. The roster of talent that comprise the company were involved in several notable projects on high-rise residential and commercial buildings in Metro Manila, having exposure to known developer corporations.
