TERMS & CONDITIONS

This agreement incorporates the terms and conditions to provide quality services to our valued Clients and shall hereby be deemed to have read, understood and expressly accepted these terms and conditions, which shall govern the desired transaction or provision of such services by us for all purposes. All rights and liabilities of the customer and/or us with respect to any services to be provided by us shall be restricted to the scope of this agreement.
The following terms and conditions shall be applied to all Travel/Tours organized by M-WORLD TRAVEL & BUSINESS CENTER. For this purpose, the term “Travel” shall include any combination of international or domestic flights from your point of origin to your final destination, and include domestic and international ticketing, Hotel Reservation, Documentation, Airport/Hotel Transfer, Visa/Passport Processing, Car Rental that have been organized on your behalf by M-WORLD TRAVEL & BUSINESS CENTER.

M-World Travel and Business Center shall not be held liable or responsible for any arrangements made during vacation and/or made through.

1. Booking

When you make a booking, you undertake that you have the authority to accept and acknowledge booking conditions. The total cost of the package shall be due and payable immediately, unless otherwise there have been separate agreement which shall be in a form of writing that you should pay an initial deposit on the agreed date. In any event, the full amount of your Philippines package must be credited to M-WORLD TRAVEL & BUSINESS CENTER, a minimum of 2 weeks BEFORE your scheduled departure. (Some services require full payment to confirm booking, generally promos for "book & buy"). Strictly no cancellation and modification upon confirmation of booking. No show on booked dates will render services forfeited.

2. Rates

All rates are fixed at the time of the booking and generally will not be subject to any surcharges. The only exception will be an increase in our costs arising as the result of any government action including but not limited to, new or increased taxes such as VAT (Value Added Tax).
M-World Travel and Business Center reserves the right to change our prices at any time before you complete a paid booking, including any special rates that we may offer from time to time, which may not be the same as those published on this site. Airfare/room/tour package rates may change without prior notice and subject to availability.

3. Promos

All promos are non-refundable, non-transferable, non-re-bookable, and non-re-routable. It is not valid in conjunction with any other promotions.

4. Accepted Payments

M-WORLD TRAVEL & BUSINESS CENTER accepts payments in the following forms of Bank Deposit (through BDO Account: 007150104921; Account name: Angeline C. Zamora), and Cash to Cash basis.

5. Receipt of Payment

Upon receipt of payment, you will receive the following:
(a) Confirmation of Payment Received
(b) Detailed Trip Itinerary
(c) Airline E-tickets (if required)
(d) Official BIR Bureau of Internal Revenue Receipt

IMPORTANT NOTICE: M-World Travel and Business Center is not responsible for changes which may arise as a result of events which are beyond control, such as technical or maintenance problems with transportation, changes imposed by re-scheduling or cancellation of flights by an airline, or main charter company, war or threat of war, civil strife, industrial disputes, natural disasters, bad weather or terrorist activity. Also, M-World Travel and Business Center shall not be liable for damages incurred by client if reasons are as follows: accidents, occurring during the client’s free activities, food poisoning and theft.

Travel Insurance

It is a condition of the agreement between us that you take out adequate vacation and travel insurance against cancellation charges, unexpected curtailment of your vacation, medical expenses arising overseas including repatriation, loss or damage to luggage and personal liability claims against you.
Should you fail to secure such travel insurance coverage prior to your Philippines Travel, then you accept full responsibility for yourself and all of the members of your party.
Complaints

We do our VERY BEST to ensure that your travel arrangements go according to plan. However, if you have a complaint arising out of what we have agreed to provide for you, please let us know at the earliest possible opportunity. If a problem arises during your Philippine trip, please contact us immediately, so we may address your concern the soonest time possible.

If your complaint cannot be resolved locally, you should advise us within 30 days of the incident, in writing, by giving your M-WORLD TRAVEL & BUSINESS CENTER confirmation number, a detailed description of your complaint and other relevant information.

Note: Failure to follow the complaint procedure shall be used as a ground for the Agency NOT to accept responsibility for the complaint or concern which may arise, as this shall mean that the Client deprived the opportunity for the company to investigate the matter on your behalf, and where possible, help you to resolve the problem.

Effective Date

The effective date of this policy is July 10, 2015 and it replaces all prior privacy policies issued by M-WORLD TRAVEL & BUSINESS CENTER. We reserve the right to change our policy at any time.

**M-World Travel and Business Center reserves the right to use Client’s picture or documentation as reference and for advertisement purpose only.
