Lumina is a mass housing developer in the Philippines that caters to the socialized housing segment. By building in accessible locations close to major road networks, transportation and business hubs, schools, and hospitals, Lumina not just builds a self-sustaining community, it also provides every Juan the pride of home ownership.

Lumina is not your typical socialized housing subdivision. Our model homes are modern minimalist such that its exterior used neutral colors with only an accent wall (stone cladding) to complete its look.
