WHAT WE DO

We develop and implement capacity development services for the local government officials and functionaries of DILG personnel. we are able to do this by collaborating with our network of partners who help us conduct research and develop and deploy interventions according to each of our client's needs.

We are the premier training and development institution for capacity building towards effective local governance.

Since our formation in 1988, we have been committed to delivering quality programs to help local government units improve their services and innovative existing initiatives to meet emerging needs.
