Terms & Conditions
Minimum Order- The minimum cupcake order is (2) two dozen per flavor. However, we can make special order arrangements for lower than 24 cupcakes per flavor.
Payments – Payments may be made by COD, Money Transfer or thru BPI and BDO deposit. LHCC requires a deposit fee for orders over Php1,000, a down payment of 50% of the contract price is required for confirmation of delivery/event date, with the balance due no later than 3 days prior to delivery/event date. Deposits/down payments are non-refundable.
Rush Orders – Rush ordering is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Changes – Changes may be made prior to any work having been done on the order. Changes to the order may require additional charges. For orders over Php1,000, the final order design is due at least 4 days prior to the delivery/event. No changes will be made within 3 days of delivery/event.
Cancellations – Kindly give 24 hour-notice for cancellation of orders. All deposits/down payments paid are non-refundable and non-transferable to another date or order. Any fees paid beyond the initial deposit will be refunded, provided that no work has been completed on the order. For orders over Php1,000, notice of cancellation is required in writing no later than 5 days prior to the delivery/event. If a portion or all of the work has been completed, partial refunds will be determined on a case-by-case basis. If full payment for an order over Php1,000 has not been received by 3 days prior to the event, the order will be cancelled and no refund will be issued.
Delivery – Delivery charges are as follows depending on location: Quezon City-Marikina-Cainta-Antipolo Php200 ; Manila-San Juan-Pasig- Php300. Deliveries that also require set-up incur an additional fee. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the venue is open and available for delivery/set-up at the appointed time.
Rented Equipment – A security deposit is required for all rented equipment. Rented equipment, including cake stands and supports, must be returned clean and in original condition within 2 days after the event in order for deposit to be returned. Be sure to inventory all pieces listed in the agreement or contract.
Food Allergies- All of LHCC’s cakes, fillings, and frostings may contain or come into contact with soy, wheat, dairy or nuts. By purchasing products from LHCC, the customer assumes responsibility for informing guests of this allergy information.
Quality Control – It is the policy of LHCC that our products will not be served at an event where similar products from another vendor will be served. LHCC also prohibits the misrepresentation of other products as those from LHCC, including the reuse of LHCC packaging. These actions compromise the integrity and reputation of LHCC. LHCC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone in violation of this policy, or to anyone with the intent to violate this policy.
Customer Satisfaction – At LHCC, we strive to provide high quality gourmet products and personal service to our customers. It is our policy to guarantee the satisfaction of every customer. If a customer is unhappy with one of our products for any reason, they should contact us and make arrangements to return the uneaten portion of the product to us within two days of taking possession of it so that we can address the nature of the complaint. LHCC will make every effort to resolve the issue to the customer’s satisfaction.
Liability – Customers assume full responsibility for their event guests and agree to indemnify, hold harmless and defend LHCC against all bodily injury, property damage or consequential damages which may result from LHCC’s services and provision of any product. We are not responsible for any damage to the product, or shortage of product, caused by a guest, caterer, or any other person not employed by LHCC. We are also not responsible for providing any order that has not been paid for in full. Reminder for Party Bundles & Sweet Treats Bar orders over Php1,500: If payment in full is not made at least 3 days (Party Bundles) & (Sweet Treats Bar) prior to the delivery/event date, the order will be cancelled.
Edible Images – It is the customer’s responsibility to obtain permission for printing images. LHCC will not print any edible images that are copyrighted without permission.
Acceptance of Terms & Conditions – Confirmation of an order is considered the customer’s acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
