Cha Hernandez is the youngest member of Calamba City set of Council 2016-2019.

Owing to the fact that she was born and raised in this beautiful and historic city, she’s bringing a fresh vision and intently looks to its future from her strategic programs, policy-making, and propositions.

As a Christian, progressive-minded leader, Cha Hernandez seeks to usher in a dynamic era of public service.

Coming from the private and church sector, she intends to restore and seek public trust together with good reputation by promoting openness, accountability, and people-participation.

She’s passionate about collaboration—of public sector, private establishments and corporation, and non-profit organizations.
