It was June 2014, when Mr. Valero decided to venture in the business of house construction. By simply doing the word –of – mouth marketing he was able to obtain his first project in Minglanilla as one of the renovation works. From then on there had been clients coming in, may it for renovation, steel works, glass installation and electrical wiring.
Engr. Jess Tayner Avanzado Valero a licensed Electrical Engineer by profession used to work in a Japanese engineering firm in Japan for more than 2 years and 9 years in Cebu. The experienced that he had moved him to focus more on electrical services business. The company whom he founded, JTValero Electrical Services was registered January 2015. Even though calling any layman or ordinary electrician ( which most like doesn't have an office) Engr. Valero came up to an idea to put up an business office for easy accessibility with reference to troubleshooting the electrical problems in a house. Other construction companies, Independent Architects and Civil Engineers are collaborating with the business for electrical designing and billing of materials. The electrical design of a 10-door apartment in San Carlos City, Negros Occidental is one of the results of such collaboration. In certain cases, The business still accepts renovation works both residential and commercial construction.

Engr. Valero is the fourth son of Mr. and Mrs. Francisco Valero. Two of his siblings are also indulge in construction business. His father, a mechanical engineer by profession and is now one of the consultants of Metaphil and has been his mentor ever since the business started. Growing in a family that is interested in engineering and construction, Engr. Valero is looking forward in providing quality and engineered electrical services as expected by his clients.
