JS Building

JS Building is located at Catarman, Northern Samar.

First floor has 4 units that is available for lease. Each unit has their own laundry/kitchen area, CR and parking space with a total of 100sqm of area.

Second floor is an event venue which is for rent. We accept any events, functions, seminars, lectures, and the likes that needs a venue for their activity or event. The function hall can accommodate a maximum of 200 persons. The hall can also be divided into two function rooms whichever is appropriate for the event or function.
