TERMS AND CONDITIONS *****


****** 1. We get orders from you with a 50% down payment, therefore the transaction is documented and we issue a voucher, which represent as the contract between you (the buyer) and we (the distributor). Once we have the item you are obliged to pay your balance upon receiving and evaluation of the item.

***** 2. Means that we will keep looking for your item until we find it, whether it takes days/ weeks/ months. It is the buyer discretion whether to cancel the order as long as we do not have your item yet and as long as we don’t have the confirmation from our dealer when it is to be scheduled for us to receive the order.

***** 3. There are times where an item is temporarily out of stock. This means that:
a. some orders cannot be completed.
b. some orders will take time to complete.
c. some orders may never complete.
Therefore I need a deadline when your order should be completed. We also need an alternative solution in case we cannot get your original order

***** 4. All prices may vary because of the currency exchange rate, therefore we have the right to change all the prices without notice prior to the rate of our dealer.
***** 5. We would very much appreciate a picture of you with the item purchased and we would love to post you on our facebook wall to encourage more guest of our humble online shop.
***** 6. If we both agree to these terms and conditions feel free to contact us and give necessary personal information regarding on how we can meet both parties agreement.
Information we need for the transactions

1. Full name
2. Mobile number
3. Address where to be shipped if for shipment
4. Preferred way and place to get item for meet ups
5. Deadline needed for Meet ups: Places for meet ups are in Cavite area ( cavite city, noveleta, kawit, bacoor, imus, dasmarinas), Mandaluyong City area, Pasig City area, and SM MOA Pasay city.

***** 7. Modes of payments are cash, and bank to bank wire transfers. And if for shipments balance cash paid thru LBC.

***** 8. Return policy and refunds: all of the items we will distribute are all in dealers WARRANTY, we will be more than happy to replace the item once evaluated and not satisfied within the quality of the items. Just give us time to send it back to the dealers and have it replaced and send it back to you. Refunds are necessary if the said orders are still not on our possessions and not have been scheduled for delivery of our dealer.
