Please note that due to restrictions in photography and expect differences in monitor settings, the colors shown in the photograph may not correspond 100% to those in the items themselves.
Dimensions/Sizes are provided by our supplier so we are not responsible for any inconsistency and because of different producing batches, there may be deviation of 2~3cm.

All Items are Pre-ordered unless otherwise stated as ON-HAND ITEMS.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
We can check the availability of the item/s you are purchasing. However, stocks are only confirmed once we have placed the orders to our supplier that is why we are asking for an alternative order. It's either different color or style. If alternative order/s is also out of stock, you may request for refund of your payment. As stocks level is changing every hour, there may have potentially 5% of goods waiting for re-stock or just out stocked.

CONDITION
Only damaged item are subject to exchange, please email us pictures of damaged item/s and returned to us with TAG.
Buyers are required to bear items returning shipping costs. No claims on used goods.

SHIPPING & HANDLING
Shipping fees shall be shouldered by the buyer.
Different shipping rate based on product weight and destination.
Our preferred courier service is JRS Express / LBC.
Shipping costs are subject to change, notification will be sent to the buyer immediately.
Your order will arrive depend on your designated courier.
Meet ups will be applicable in Sto.Tomas Batangas, Tanauan City Batangas & Trinoma & Sm North only. All orders are to be delivered by your designated courier.

For Pre-ordered items:
Full payment before the cutoff date.
Once payment has been made, you can inform us via SMS or PM, so we can immediately confirm and ship your orders.
Please DO NOT purchase item/s if you do not intend to follow-up with payment. Orders will not be shipped until full payment is settled.
You may choose to cancel your order within Two (2) days before the cut-off. Cancelled orders are NONREFUNDABLE.

PAYMENT REFUND

Once full amount is paid, you are not allowed to ask for refund. Only out of stock and damaged items will receive full payment refund. Please take note that refund will be sent after I received the damaged item
