Hair CUT Salon was born in the outbreak of economic recession, which hurt the lifestyle of many Filipinos. With this, the company saw the need to strike a balance between quality and affordability – the core of Hair CUT Salon’s low-priced hair rebonding science.

In 2006, Paulino Encarnacion Francisco, the brain behind this successful business, saw the earning opportunity in the industry of hair styling in the Philippines.

“That was what the industry needed, quality service in low price. I needed the money and the people needed my skill; that’s win-win enough. I couldn’t see the need for pricing too high for people who have suffered enough”, said the president in his cuddly attitude.

Referred to by his employees as Sir Nong, Paulino Francisco came from the bloodline of successful hair stylists in the country including his uncle Jun Encarnacion. Mentored by Jun Encarnacion himself, Sir Nong learned the art of revealing the natural beauty of Filipinos.

After perfecting the art of hairstyling, he opened his first branch in Tutuban Centermall.

“I never looked much on applicants’ resumes. I relied on the interview, which I did myself. I want to choose people personally because they would be my partner in reaching my goals.”

True enough, he had the powerhouse of hair stylists that are working inspired and always cuddly. In fact, Hair CUT Salon was able to put up a couple of other branches in Quiapo and Bulacan.

As the services continue to grow in numbers – from Hair Rebonding to Peppermint Sea salt spa – so do the branches.

2013 becomes a milestone for Hair CUT as the salon is now officially NATIONWIDE with the opening of the BUTUAN BRANCH, the FIRST in the south -- both VISAYAS and MANILA.
