Our recipes are direct from Japan with input from some of Tokyo's finest ramen chefs and sensei (teachers). Of course we had to promise not to tell their secrets to the world before they would share their special knowledge. (We have to guard these secrets very carefully since we really do not want to anger the ramen ninjas.)

In addition to our ramen dishes we have a number of other items for days when you just don't feel like a noodle. We also have various side dishes that combine nicely into a full meal or are great with Japanese beer or a Japanese mixed drink.

Relax while reading your favorite Japanese manga in English or challenge yourself by trying the kendama (wooden Japanese skill toy). Our staff can teach you the basics for the kendama and we have several for our customers to use while at the shoppe.
