PREAMBLE

We, the bonafide members of the GENERAL CURRICULUM EDUCATION SOCIETY, imploring the aid of the Almighty God, and having faith in the need for a better organized elementary education society, and in the mobilization of the young future leaders of the country, with a spirit of volunteerism, a loving heart to be a catalyst of change, hereby developed an elementary education society that shall symbolize the moral standards and principles of democracy, do hereby promulgate and adopt this constitution and bylaws that will promote, execute and preserve our goals and objectives attesting to uphold its integrity.

Vision

The vision of the organization is to provide the members with quality development in which they will become globally developed and competitive individual and be prepared in facing the world with challenging experiences.

Mission

To provide the knowledge and develop the skills, attitudes, and values essential for personal development and necessary for living in and contributing to a developing and shaping social aspects and professional development.

Goals

To become an active individual in serving the society in reaching the common good by working together and be united as one for the betterment and a progressive State University.

Objectives

To provide learning experiences that will increase the self-awareness and responsiveness to the changes and the demands of society and to prepare the members for constructive and effective involvement.

To provide experiences that will develop the members’ orientation to the world of work, creativity and prepare them to become competitive individual.

To promote and strengthen the members’ knowledge, self-identification, self-confidence and intensify patriotism.
