Our products are very limited so it is a first come first serve basis. We accept pre-orders and reservations BEFORE a box is shipped.

How It Works:
1. Send us a personal message thru our GEM's Samu't Sari Page or thru Viber.
2. Grace or Mary will inform you of prices, if not shown.
3. As soon as payment or proof of payment is received within the next 24hrs, the merchandise is YOURS!
4. Pay today, merchandise will be shipped the next day.
*** Shipping fee will be added in the total amount of purchase. Shipping fee will be paid by the customer.
*** You have the option to meet the following persons depending on their availability:
- Grace within Agoo, La Union or Baguio City
- Mary or Michael within Gen. Tinio, Gapan, or Cabanatuan, Nueva Ecija

Modes of Payment:
1. BPI, BDO, BPI Family Bank
2. Western Union
3. Cebuana, MLhuilier
*** We will confirm your order once payment has been received.
*** Send us a copy of the deposit slip/ receipt.

Shipping:
1. JRS
2. LBC
*** 1 working day within Luzon and 2 to 3 working days outside of Luzon.

Some Page Rules:
1. Admin will answer all messages in the order they were received.
2. Not satisfied with your merchandise? We are happy to exchange it for you as long as the merchandise is in its original condition- unused, unworn and with the original tag.
***Exchange must be a product/s of the same value and all shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
***No returns please.

Include the brand, US size for clothing or footwear, color, and how much you are prepared to pay.
It takes 2-3mos though.. but it's worth the wait. The merchandise will be first offered to you. But no obligations, if you don't want it, then the photo will be viewable by all.

0% INTEREST LAYAWAY PROGRAM

1. This is available for orders worth P2,000 and above (excluding shipping and applicable fees).
2. Make an initial deposit of at least 20% of the total order value or P500, whichever is higher.
3. Make a one-time processing fee of P100. This is not refundable when an order is put into layaway.
4. We will place your order into a safe place upon initial deposit. As such, you may no longer make changes to your order after three (3) days from the date of initial deposit.
5. Every deposit made thru BPI, BDO OR BPI FAMILY BANK, send a copy or photo of the deposit slip to GEM’s Samu’t Sari.
6. Your order must be fully paid within ninety (90) days from the date of initial deposit. You may pay additional payments if you are able to.
7. Your order will be shipped only after full payment has been received.
8. Your order will be automatically cancelled if not fully paid after ninety (90) days. You may cancel your order by sending us a message at any time within ninety (90) days from the date of initial deposit.
9. In the event of a cancellation (automatic or voluntary), all payments made less a cancellation fee of PhP300.00 will be refunded to you.
10. Price adjustments will not be applied after an item is put into layaway.
