Forth & Tay gets its name from the two main rivers running through Scotland, known for the quality and pureness of the water which is the lifeblood of whisky. Founded in 1999, it started life as a malt whisky, spirits, fine wine and cigar bar catering to Manila's select crowd. It was then the first of its kind in the country, setting the bar for others that followed.
