FLY Health Hub

FLY Health Hub is a state of the art dance studio and fitness center that promotes health, fitness, wellness and recreation through various forms of exercise such as dance (e.g., jazz, pole, aerial silk, hip-hop, zumba, belly, ballet), circuit training, martial arts (e.g., taekwondo) and other disciplines (e.g., yoga).

The Studio has 150 square meters of floor area that boasts a spacious dance floor with 24% impact-reduction to ensure a safe and optimal experience; a circuit-training center with a dedicated instructor; and amenities such as shower room, toilet and locker area. The Studio can also be rented for private events and/or private dance sessions for a group.

The instructor staff is composed of highly skilled and licensed (locally and abroad) individuals who inspire students thru their passion for health and their crafts.
