Flavora Food Company

The Flavora Food Company is a company that manufactures processed food. The proponents aims to innovate one of the Filipino’s favorite breakfasts which is longganisa. Also, they wanted the product to be healthy so that the health conscious customers could also avail the product.

"Soriso" came from the Spanish word "chorizo". Since it is in the Philippines, the proponents put a little twist to filipinize the word "chorizo" so that the customers could easily pronounce it.

Unlike other longgnisa, this plan will create a new variant of longganisa – the sweet and spicy Tofu-Longganisa. The proponents wanted to create a product that is unique in nature and at the same time very affordable. Since the traditional longganisa consist of ground pork and ground pork fat, the group decided to use tofu and chicken breast as alternative ingredients because they are much healthier than pork and pork fat.
