Founded by Wilson & Jacqueline Go, the company started under the name WKG Food Tech International Inc. as a commercial food service equipment fabricator. The name was modified to Fabtech Industrial Inc. in 1998 during its expansion. As the company paved way to the development of its services, the company branched out to 3 business units:

1) Fabtech Kitchens Unlimited Inc. (2003) - provides kitchen solution services to the local market

2) Fabtech Export Industries, Inc. (2006) - caters primarily to the international and under the PEZA zone market , with PEZA Registration No 8-26
