To provide a safety environment and a therapeutic milieu during the process of treatment.

EHCCI's Vision

To develop further awareness and treatment of the existing dually diagnosed illness currently affecting our society called the Mentally Ill and Chemically Abuse or MICA.
Sobriety of the chemically dependent client.
To network with different facilities invclved to improve the quality of our programs in the treatment of both mental illness and the chemically abuse.

The Staff

EHCCI is run by a highly structured multidisciplinary team, of professionals composed of a 24 hr. nursing services, nursing attendants , attending
psychiatrists, resident on duty, internist (if needed), occupational therapist, psychologist and spiritual staffing.
