Esperanza's is a subsidiary of Cifra Egg Farm. The brainchild of Cifra family's matriarch, Esperanza's creates one of the Filipinos' well-loved desserts, the caramel custard; popularly known as leche flan. We use only good quality ingredients and most importantly, fresh farm eggs from Cifra Egg Farm in San Juan, Batangas, Philippines. At the present time, we supply our leche flan to our clients involved in SMEs (bakeries, restaurants, groceries,market stalls, etc.) upon request.
