ERSAO is derived from its Chinese character 二嫂, which means second sister-in-law. A Taiwanese Style Cuisine that serves not just beverages but delicious food as well. What started out as a commissary near Grace Christian High School back in 1998 has now expanded into 30 branches (and growing!) in the metro—with the restaurant finally open for franchising last 2011.
ERSAO’s first branch was opened at BANAWE St. on June 12, 2000. By the end of 2000, ERSAO established a central kitchen in Quezon City to maintain the food quality we serve every day. In July 2007, ERSAO introduced new set of menu with more varieties (that includes noodles and rice toppings).
Today, the business is growing and we are committed in bringing our customer the great taste of Taiwanese Cuisine and tastiest beverages. With over 84 products, you’re sure to find something you’ll love.
