El Nido Beach House for Rent

We are fronting a Wide Sandy Beach with plenty of space to play around. Great for Swimming with Shallow and clear waters. Soft sands perfect for sand bathing. Hammocks in the front under young Coconut trees awesome for chilling with cold drinks and nightly bonfires.The main house has a total area for both upstairs and downstairs combined 120 Sq.M (1200sq.ft) of Indoor Space and 160 Sq.M (1600 sq.ft)of wrap around deck . The house is in a 10,000 Square Meter (2.4 acres)fenced property with an Outdoor Kitchen and Dining area next to it for your use.

The Indoor living Space is open plan with 2 King sized Beds each level, total of 4, and private bathrooms. Each level has wide front deck with lounging seats for your to enjoy the marvelous view.

Also, within the property is a bungalow with 2 rooms where a caretaker reside, about 50 meters off the back from the main house.

Guest Access

You can fully utilize the Outdoor Kitchen with most Cookware and Dining Utensils you will need for up to 8 people. It has a small Ref, 2 burner LPG stove and a Charcoal Grill Area. You will be provided with a set of coolers for getting food stocks and Ice for your boat tours or beach front use during sunbathing or your bonfire at night if you wish.

A 25 meter Rock Climbing Wall a couple of harnesses and shoes, Volleyball grounds and a wide front yard is available for your use. Some watersports toys like Frisbees, Skimboard, a few snorkeling gears, volley ball, soccer ball base ball, and gameboards like chess, checkers, darts and cards are found in the dining area.

A manual Honda XRM motorbike can be used, self driven, for exploring or doing certain errands like going to the nearby store for small snacks. You may also rent motorbikes from el nido town if you want to do inland explorations to other beaches, waterfalls and caves, you can arrange for the bike to be with you a few days.

Interaction with Guests

Our staff will welcome you and assist you with stock shopping in El Nido town which is about 28 kilometers from our beach house and do basic upkeep and maintenance of the place and are available to answer queries you may have on certain tours or activities you want to do and help you book them.

We wish you to enjoy your privacy and have a great time, so you will be basically be on your own during your stay but we can be approached for any help you may require.

Should you wish to hire help on certain days, we can get you for a minimal daily rate for their service. They may assist you with cooking, dish washing, or certain laundry needs.

The Neighborhood

We are in a beautiful secluded beach with a small local community behind us, families are mostly into farming and fishing. Local residents are welcoming of tourists and always love to offer a friendly smile. You will see authentic countryside life and Filipino culture and hospitality. Some mornings, you will see the darling kids swimming in the beach during the summer. At around lunch, tourists on motorbike adventure find their way to Dagmay beach and swim some too.

Getting around

We are best accessible via Private Transport from the airport using a Van or motorbike.

From Puerto Princesa airport to El Nido is about 5-6 hours Van ride. You may arrange the van to take you directly to our beach house, exclusive transport is P 8500 one way up to 10 people in the vehicle. Shared Van from Puerto Princesa to El Nido town proper is available at P 700 per person.

From El Nido airport, we are about 30 minutes by Van. From our beach house to El Nido town is about 45 minutes. Transport is P3,000 one way private trip on an Aircon Van.

Other Things to Note

We operate power using Generator for certain number of hours a day to keep food fresh, power lights and fans and give time for you to charge gadgets. At Night, we use Solar Power ideal to use only for the Fans and Lights.

Your shower and tap water is Purified going thru a 21 Stage Purification System and request you to conserve water.
