Terms and Conditions

Eight Rays Travel and Tours is not responsible for a delay flights, cancel and rescheduled flights.
Travelers who purchase tickets of Budget Airlines i.e. CEBU PACIFIC, PAL EXPRESS, AIR ASIA ZEST AND TIGER AIR are advised that these are NON-REFUNDABLE for any reason. Flight cancellations and delays of these airlines are beyond the Travel Agent’s reasonable control hence it accepts no responsibility over these events. However, Travel Agent endeavors to exert all its effort to assist Customers in these situations.
We sell a variety of travel related products from different suppliers and service providers. Each Supplier has its own terms and condition that are applicable to your particular arrangements in addition to our general terms and conditions, and you should make sure you understand them.
Any deposits from you are non-refundable. Payment of a deposit enables us to hold a reservation for you but does not guarantee the price. The price can only be guaranteed once we receive full payment and other travel documents have been issued, subject to any terms and conditions of the Supplier. We will advise you of the date that full payment is required. Upon your provision of your payment information, you are authorizing us to make the payment arrangements with the corresponding Suppliers.
Packages is based on BOOK & BUY arrangements wherein room allocations are limited and bookings are guaranteed once payment is deposited to our company bank account or forwarded to our office. We will be glad to make the necessary booking arrangements upon receipt of your payment when hotel rooms are still available at the time the payments received.
All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
Once booking has been finalized, booking is guaranteed for whole period. Any amendment, cancellation or no show will be charged in full.
Unused tour services are NON REFUNDABLE. Customers’ retention of tickets, reservations, tour/hotel vouchers and other travel documents after issuance shall constitute consent to all of the above and an agreement on their part to convey hereto to their travel companions or group members.
Passport, Visa and Immigration Requirements:
Travelers are responsible for accuracy of travel documents such as valid passports, valid visas and affidavits that will be required for international travel. Exit from the Philippines and entry into a foreign country are solely the discretion and decision of the Immigration Officer. It is your responsibility to fulfill the passport, visa and other immigration requirements applicable to your itinerary. You should confirm these with the relevant embassies and/or consulates. We do not accept any responsibility in the case of you being unable to travel due to not complying with any such requirements.
You are also required to carry a valid I.D’s and NSO birth certificate if you are traveling with minors, and secure a DSWD certificate/clearance and other documents that necessary if traveling with minors that is not your own child. This is your responsibility to verify this with our travel expert who is assisting you.
Insurance:
Travel insurance is a vital part of your arrangements. We strongly recommend that you have taken out adequate insurance for the duration of your journey. Travel insurance is a mandatory element of some travel arrangements. We may be able to arrange travel insurance to be provided to you, furnish you a quote, and answer any queries you may have regarding the insurance.
