BOOKING POLICIES

RESERVATION, CANCELLATION, REFUND POLICIES

Reservation Fee:

To confirm a reservation, please pay the RESERVATION FEE. (50%)
Deposit can be paid via Bank Deposit (BDO). (Account details will be send thru txt or email)
The remaining balance will be settled upon Check-In at the resort.
Re-scheduling and Forfeiture of Deposit:
No downpayment No reservation.

Changes of a confirmed reservation requested 10 days before the reserved date will result in forfeiture of half of the deposit made.
Changes of a confirmed reservation requested less than 7 days before the reserved date will result in forfeiture of the deposit made.
Re-scheduled dates should be within 3 months from the date of reservation. Unused deposits are non-refundable.

Resort Rules and Regulations
Please read this before making reservations and/or entering the Resort. We want everyone to be aware of the rules of the Resort before they come to stay. It makes for a more pleasant stay when everyone knows what is expected of them and what will not be tolerated.

1. Check in/checkout Time
For Room accommodation check in time is 2:00pm & check out time is 1:00pm
For cottages, day tour is from 8:00am to 5:00pm
2. Accommodation
Every group is required to get a room or a cottage. Please occupy only the cottage/s you have paid for, cottage capacity is strictly followed.
3. Electric appliances
All electric appliances brought inside the resort will be charged for electric consumption.
4. Loud music and videoke machine
Large-sized sound system is not allowed. Loud music and videoke is not allowed between 10:00 pm to 7:00am since other guests may be sleeping at these hours.
5. Minors
Minors should always be accompanied by adult.
6. Cleanliness
We work hard to keep the area clean. Kindly do your part by throwing all trash in designated trash bins, including cigarette butts, candy wrappers, etc.
7. Please conserve water
Turn off water faucets & shower bulbs properly.
8. Valuables
Please take care of your valuables; the management is not responsible for any loss or damages of your personal belongings.
9. Right conduct
The resort have the right to deny admission or evict guest or group of guests found under the influence of illegal drugs, generally disrupting the peace and order at the resort, and/or engaging in fights.
10. Bonfires
In compliance with the Clean Air Act, Bonfires are not allowed at the beach front or within the resort premises.


Eastern Beach Resort shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to personal property, bodily injury or loss of life suffered by any guest arising from the use of any facilities or equipment within the resort, including but not limited to all watercrafts and vehicles. Visitors agree to render Eastern Beach Resort, its owners, officers and staff; free and harmless from any claims arising from the use of any of the equipment or facilities in the resort. Furthermore, all visitors, by virtue of their reservation, acknowledge all the rules, regulations and guidelines of the resort and agree to abide by them.
