Don Pepe Cojuangco Homes

Don Pepe Cojuangco Homes (Homesite) is a Small Home Community located at the Northern Hacienda Luisita, to its West across Tarlac City, East across Lapaz Tarlac, going to Nueva Ecija, and Concepcion Tarlac to the South. D.P.C.H. is a private property owned by Cojuangco Family under Jose Cojuangco & Sons Organizations (JCSO) established in early 1990's to initially provide accommodations for the Workers/Employees of Central Azucarera De Tarlac (Sugar Manufacturing) and Tarlac Development Corporation (TDC).
