DEL MONTE LAND TRANSPORT BUS COMPANY INC. (DLTBCo.) was incorporated on March 16, 2010 with an initial authorized capitalization of P 30.0 Millon with the primary purpose to engage in and of passengers, goods and merchandise within any place in the Philippines. Its Incorporators were led by Atty. Narciso O. Morales, the Preseident and Chairman of Del Monte Motor Works Inc., (DMMW the well-known bus body maker wchich is a domestic corporation duly organized under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines enggaging the manufacture supply of transport busses for its secondary purpose also engage in the operation of a land transport business in the carriage of passengers and freight, among others.

DLTBCo., is registered with the Security and Exchange Commission and had its franchise approved to operate transportation business by the LTFRB from Pasay to South of Luzon and Northern part os Visaya. Its main office is situated at DMMW Building Del MOnte Avenue Quezon City, Metro Manila.

Presently, DLTBCo. with its resources is operating the franchise granted by the LTFRB to their high morale and inspiration to serve the public transportation needed by the riding public, via Pasay to South of Luzon and Northern Parts of Visaya.
