DLM Realty and Construction Corp. is a domestic corporation duly organized and validly existing under and by virtue of Philippine Laws with principal office at Block 9 Unit 2 Kensington Garden, Royal South Village, Brgy. Talon V, Las Pinas City.

The company started on July 2002 solely as a sales and in-house broker of Brittany Corp. and Crown Asia Properties Inc. (south division) focusing on their CALABARZON project developments to name a few, Crosswinds in Tagaytay City, Portofino in Alabang, La Posada in Sucat, Muntilupa, Valenza in Sta. Rosa Laguna, Ponticelli in Daang Hari, La Marea in San Pedro Laguna and Amalfi in Dasmarinas Cavite. DLM Realty is headed by its President, Maripaul Corpuz-Milanes. She is a licensed Real-Estate Broker and Real-Estate Appraiser, with an extensive background and training in the field of sales and marketing. On the other hand, The Vice-President for Operations and Technical is Mr. Dan Leo C. Milanes. His expertise in architectural designs is parallel to the birth of construction business ideology of the said company. The said alliance of ingenuity gave way to the incorporation of DLM Realty Corp. last March of 2012.

The services of the company were predominantly geared on the interior fit-out, design and planning, renovation works, home extension, fencing and selling of properties. We are also investing on foreclosed units/townhouses/lots from BDO to give as inventory on our “renovate and sell” concept. Our Clients to name a few are: Filinvest Land Inc., Rustan Coffee Corp. (Starbucks), Camella and Calmarland.
