Use of our regular-size pool (not olympic size) 3 to 6 feet deep; & Resthouse which includes 1 bedroom & attic with aircondition & with beds good for 15 pax (addl. mattresses, pillows, blankets,etc. upon request); living area with free use of videoke; dining area; kitchen equipped with ref, gas range, microwave oven, oven toaster, rice cooker,griller, hot and cold H20 dispenser & kitchen utensils (other utensils upon request); & 2 bathrooms with shower heater Plus free cable, table tennis & board games upon request.

Our bar is opened for guests. The following items are available for sale, as follows:

o drinking h20 (5 gallons for hot and cold h20 dispenser)
o soft drinks 2 liters and 1.5 liters
o cigarettes, beers, liquors
o toiletries (towels are for rent only)
o video games such as ps2 and wii are for rent


Applicable Rates for off-seasoned as follows: ( January to February and fr June to September)
Daytime Rates for 15pax only.....(maximum 30pax only on daytime rent)

P4,700/12hrs (7am-7pm)
100/pax in excess of 15pax
Overnight Rates for 15 pax only (maximum 20pax for overnight rent)

200/hr. extension (Request for extension can be made in case the next slot is not booked and therefore available.
