It was originally planned with ten residential subdivisions, business district, commercial center, resort and recreational complex, an agricultural station, green reserve, schools, churches, trading center and an industrial park. This is easily accessible from any key centers in Metro Manila and nearby towns, municipalities and province.The site has a total area of 1,057 hectares, 9 kilometers to the Batasang Pambansa site and 28 km to Makati, Metro Manila. Elevation is 300 to 600 ft above sea level. Ciudad Real Subdivision used to be a part of Barangay Tungkong Mangga, the largest barangay in City of San Jose del Monte, but later became a barangay itself.
