City Traffic Management and Enforcement Office - Santa Rosa City, Laguna

The CTMEO performs planning, monitoring and managing the flow of traffic, coordinative functions, as well as to secure the flow of people and goods through the road network shall be efficient, safe, unhampered and orderly as possible for the economic and social vitality and viability of the city; enforcing for the efficient and effective traffic laws, rules and regulations on all kinds of road in the City of Santa Rosa whether national or local in classifications.

The CTMEO shall enforced and implemented the Republic Act No. 4136, otherwise known as the “Land Transportation and Traffic Code”, the local legislations such as Kautusang Bayan Blg. II-’92 and Kautusang Bayan Blg. LX-’93 as amended ordinances in 1988 Traffic Code and other local ordinances pertaining to traffic management.
