Chef Ro-J Cuisine was established in 2015 by father and son, Roland Fermo and Chef Ro-J Fermo, to cater the Cebuano market with a unique culinary experience that will be treasured and remembered.

The company started in the humble kitchen of the Fermo family, catering to family gatherings and events, by food and fitness enthusiasts Chef Ro-J. Now, Chef Ro-J Cuisine has been serving the people of Talisay with exquisite delicacies, heavenly pastries, and one-of-a-kind signature dishes that will surely make one’s gastronomic experience memorable.

The young culinary expert, with his vision to expand and share the Chef Ro-J cooking to the Filipinos, ventured in to the events catering, mobile kitchen parties, bread and pastries, and a restobar in Talisay of which is now the Chef Ro-J café.
