CHEF JESSIE ROCKWELL CLUB

With a refreshing view of the garden and pool, Chef Jessie at Rockwell Club never fails to deliver international cuisine at its finest. Dining at Rockwell's premiere fine dining establishment provides you with an unforgettable sensory experience that starts the minute you enter the elegantly decorated restaurant and ends long after you take your last bite of dessert.

Perfect for parties and special events, Chef Jessie at Rockwell Club's Main Dining Area is large enough to accommodate 150 pax at a sit-down event and 200 pax for cocktails. For more intimate affairs, its mezzanine level fits the bill, comfortably accommodating 30 pax for a sit-down event, and 70 pax for cocktails. For more private functions, the venue also has a Private Dining Room large enough to accommodate 50 pax for sit-down events, and 40 pax for cocktails.
Rockwell Club loyalists have earmarked the Pasta a la Jessie and Aglio Olio with Prawns as staunch favorites. Capped off with Princess Carmen for dessert, of course. But the menu is rife with other fabulous dishes that are just as elegant as the surroundings. You won’t be hard-pressed to find one, or three, to your liking.

TOP OF THE CITI BY CHEF JESSIE

Atop a towering skyscraper in the Makati financial district sits Top Of The Citi by Chef Jessie. This executive fine dining restaurant is located on the 34th floor of the Citibank Tower along Paseo de Roxas. Guests may choose to sit at the main dining area or have their meals al fresco at the terraces. The restaurant has two terraces offering a breathtaking 360-degree view of the metro, perfect for cocktail parties backed by a spectacular view of the city lights and the night sky. Top Of The Citi has a dining area that can fit 120 people, with seven function rooms for business, social or other exclusive events.

Top of the Citi gets pretty busy at lunchtime. But at night, starting at 5p.m., the bar gets all the action. Its curiously shaped state-of-the-art bar has become quite the hot topic of conversation. Chef Jessie has even concocted new drinks as well as bar chow, cute gustatory delights, to make every hour extra happy. "Before going home, (the people who work in the Makati area) can come here, eat or have a few drinks and – as we say – wind down at the Top."
Famous for the Sea Bass with Goose Liver, Angus Beef Tenderloin and Lamb Chop with Adobo Sauce, the menu is rife with other spectacular dishes that are just as impressive as the view. Oh, and don’t forget to top it all off with Chef Jessie Cheescake, a signature dessert.

100 REVOLVING RESTAURANT

Perched on the 33rd floor of the MDC 100 building in Eastwood, Libis, is the only revolving restaurant in the entire city. Its name is 100. And it’s a name that meets the grade because of its exceptionally unusual dining experience. Guests are welcomed by the well-lit, relaxing ambience, set off by panoramic windows that afford stunning and gently shifting views, as the restaurant rotates on its axis.
As expected from this multi-awarded chef, the food is outstanding. The menu is extensive with appetizers, salads, sandwiches, soups, main courses, Japanese specialties, pastas and desserts. Thus far, eclectic house favorites include Seared Tuna, Smoked Caviar Pie for salads, Dragon Maki and California Maki for Japanese specialties, Rib Eye Steak, Baby Back Ribs, Tiger Prawns in Curry among main courses, Pinoy Pizza and Caprichosa for pizzas and Pineapple Torta and Macapuno Revolving Torta for desserts. And, to cap the excellent meal is Chef Jessie’s exclusive artisan coffee blend, made from the best local beans.
Guests rave about the friendly, helpful staff that treat them like royalty. An expat has described the service as “meeting global standards”. Chef Jessie welcomes the feedback. “We are reaping early the rewards of meticulous preparations. The rigid screening process and intensive training of the staff are paying off. I had invested in world-class training that subjected the staff to repeated drills till the work became second nature. Even our baristas were trained exhaustively, so customers are delighted when they experience the coffee in town,” she enthuses.
