Passion to prepare and serve the best food for family and friends encouraged me to put up a business of this line. A nurse by profession... surrounded by friends, doctors and fellow lovers for good food.
Char-Len's Kainan was started in January 6,1991 with a kubo and 4 tables, catering to an average of 50 customers a day. Friends later started requesting for catering services which had expanded Char-Len's Kainan.
Finally my son Marc Ferdinand "Ding-Dong" Villar finished Culinary Arts at Center for Asian Culinary Studies and Hotel & Restaurant Management at Centro Escolar University decided to accept the challenge to continue what Char-Len's Kainan have acquired through the years... Simply the Best!
