Maranga Cebu Balloons and Party Supplies or fondly known as Cebu Balloons is a family-run business handled by Mark and Lisa. They have been working as freelance web developer and SEO specialist for the past years. Their yearning to have an offline business started when Sam was born. They wanted to start a business that they could dedicate and inherit to their son in the future.

As they move to their house in Mandaue, they come across a friend that would soon give them an idea on how to start a balloon business. Armed with a little knowledge on how to start the business, they started Cebu Balloons.

They rented a small space in National Highway Basak, Mandaue City and started searching for more ideas over the internet. Starting the business was never easy. They started using hand pump and offer only balloons on stick and other party supplies in December 2012. They could not afford to buy electric pump since they only have a small capital.

Mark and Lisa never stop dreaming of becoming one of Cebu’s Top Balloon Shop. They consistently search the internet for innovative ways on balloon decorations. They have come up with affordable party packages and balloon décor packages that would suit every Juan.

Today, Cebu Balloons is gaining trust from different people in Metro Cebu – not to mention the possible orders from other parts of the Philippines and abroad. They value every customer, thus offering customized packages according to the customer’s needs and budget. In the near future, they will be adding more to their wide array of products and services that includes flower arrangement, events coordination, tables and chairs, food cart, photo booth among others.
