Opened in August 2002, Caruso Ristorante Italiano draws from Emilio Mina’s culinary heritage to serve some of the country’s best authentic Italian cuisine. Inspired by the flavours of Mina’s hometown, Milan, Caruso’s menu features dishes created from the finest and freshest ingredients imported directly from Italy, as well as offers connoisseurs an extensive variety of Italian wines and liqueurs to pair with their every course, from aperetivos to dolces.

Caruso Ristorante Italiano also offers guests the opportunity to bring the Caruso experience to special events outside the restaurant with bespoke catering services.
