Our shop is inspired by the memory of our father and the tender years of growing up with his love and sweet tooth. We would always look forward to a treat trip to ice cream parlors or candy shops whenever he would come home after a destination assignment.

Because of these trips and treats, we have grown a taste for pastries and desserts. Local treats such as puto or rice cakes, coco jams, leche flan and macapuno would always be on the trip list. Sweets that he would usually bring home are various chocolate bars and candies for us to munch on anytime.

We would like to share these memories to the community by offering products that showcase the ingredients he loved through different pastries that we have developed over the years. Our products are all-original recipes, tried, tested and loved by family and friends.

As the Captain has always wanted to start a business that would allow us to spend more time with each other, we now bring you the Captain’s Sweet Galley of Treats. Being regarded as a well-respected leader among his peers and subordinates, we follow his dream and hope that the community share this memory with us through the products that we offer.
