1st floor: dirty kitchen
2nd floor: with living room, master bedroom (queen size bed), dining room, kitchen, 2 T&B, terrace
3rd floor: 2nd bedroom (2 queen size beds) , 3rd room ( queen size bed),4th bedroom (queen size bed) 8 extra single mattresses and 3 portable beds in family room, 1 T&B, terrace.
It has a total of 4 bedrooms, 1 master bedroom (airconditioned), 3 T&B, a nice living room and dining room, and kitchen. The house has 3 big terrace.
Our strict maximum capacity is for 14 persons only.
The house is fully furnished.

Amenities:
Microwave, toaster, coffee maker, cooking range, complimentary bar soap imported from USA, purified water, gas stove, electric stove, 2 refrigerators, 1 air conditioned room, satellite TV , DVD player, 3 extra beds, kitchen utensils, electric fans, bed sheets, pillows, blankets, linens
Cooking is allowed, we have cooking stove upstairs and downstairs. You don't need to bring pots, frying pans, plates, cups, forks. They are all provided. We have a kawa also if you need it. We have a grill outside if you want to barbecue but charcoal is not provided. Just bring your your food.
We even have purified water so there's no need to bring water. Soap from USA is placed in each bathroom, shampoo, toothpaste in each bathroom. There are 3 bathrooms. Three clean towels will be provided, you may bring your own if you would like.
Coffee is provided.
Water and electricity already included in the fees.
Cooking and maid services are available upon request with minimal additional fees.

**Check in at 2 pm and check out at 12 noon

Rental rates:

Mondays to Thursdays (except holidays): Php 9,500/day (minimum of 2 nights)
Fridays to Sundays: Php 10k/night
Overnight rate: Php 10k
Your rent is non refundable/non cancellation policy but transferrable but you have to inform us regarding the changes such as the names of the guests/occupants as this is necessary to obtain the security pass for the visitors.
