The rental payment is INCLUSIVE of the use of the unit and facilities (only the beach pool and kiddie pool).
The UNIT is furnished and air-conditioned. It is complete of basic linens, towels, and basic kitchen wares.
The unit has aircon, wifi, television, microwave oven, rice cooker, electric burner, refrigerator/freezer, telephone available for local calls only, hot and cold shower, elevator/lift access. Strictly NO SMOKING.

Other use of facilities like gym, movie room, spa, volleyball area, basketball court, dance room, function room have additional fees- just let me know.
Security deposit will be returned or refunded upon check out as soon as the keys are returned and no damage incurred in our unit.

RESERVATION FEE is NON-REFUNDABLE but deductible.

For long term rental, i.e. 6 months to one year, we require two months advance and one month security deposit.

Azure Urban Resort Residences is a condominium resort with man-made beach in Bicutan, Paranaque. The property has a lot of amenities such as beach pool with white sand along the shore, kiddie pool with white-sand shoreline with kiddie playplace at the center, lap pool, beach bar, volleyball beach court, grand locker room, grand lobby, kiddie play room, cafe/restaurant, movie room, video game room, place for spa, gym, dance room, 2 outdoor function rooms, 2 indoor function rooms, basketball court, place for SPA, and parking space.

The guest can access only the beach pool and the kiddie pool for FREE. However, other amenities have corresponding fees in order to be used.The guests may reach me through my mobile phone and e-mail if they need anything.The use of the Azure beach is maximum for four persons per unit only. Thus, any person in excess of four must pay the beach entrance fee. The use of other amenities for the guests have corresponding fees as well.The guests must maintain the cleanliness inside the unit and inside the premises. The place is clean and organized. The Azure personnel are courteous and professional. There are lifeguards at all times. There is a 24 -hour CCTV Ssecurity. Concierge service is also available. No pets allowed. The Azure is just ten-minute walk to SM Bicutan; thereby, close to supermarket, cinema, and dining/restaurant. It is close to PNR. It is only ten-minute drive from Makati through Skyway. It is only 30 minutes drive from NAIA.
