Ayala Land's Alviera in Pampanga

Ayala Land Inc. (ALI) in partnership with Leonio Land proudly launches its grand mix-used development project in Central Luzon – the ALVIERA. To rise in Porac, Pampanga in a 1,100 hectare wide land, the ALVIERA is projected to become the primary destination for your business, leisure, institutional, residential and recreational needs.
