Apicius started operating in 2009 when a group of highly skilled and experienced Chefs (on-board cargo, cruise ship, and hotel industry) came together to form the TESDA Accredited Apicius Culinary Arts & Hotel Management, Inc.
The Apicius Culinary Arts & Hotel Management, Inc. is a culinary school that provides fundamental culinary training to increase the qualifications of employees. It also offers training and expertise in Ethnic Cooking styles and International Cuisines through various culinary courses for future entry positions in Hotels and Restaurants both local and International.
